 Mara’s teaches weekly yoga classes at
Personally Fit in Rancho Santa Fe, where she is also available for private and semi-private instruction. Additionally, she is available for in-home training and corporate presentations. She teaches all ages & all levels and is available for: Private, Group, Workshops, Teacher Training and Program Design.
Description of her style in the following modalities:
Yoga Style: Blend of Iyengar and Viniyoga
Teaches: Gentle and remedial to intense and athletic
Pilates Style: Eclectic in mat work and Universal Reformer
Teaches: Basics to beginners and dancers; focusing on alignment and form
Qigong Style: Blend of Justin Stone’s T’ai Chi Chih and Ken Cohen
Teaches: Simple routines for all ages, focusing on therapeutic aspects
Bodywork Method:
Yoga HANDS-ON™ Mara offers her own unique creation of a combination of asana (poses) and various massage techniques. The client is clothed and remains passive while being massaged and taken through a series of yoga poses. Treatment may be given on the floor or on a massage table.
Mara is also available for chair and traditional Swedish table massage. **Senior Discounts Available**

workshops and correspondence courses designed for
fitness and healthcare professionals. The material in
these educational courses covers several categories
including the Yoga Basics I Introductory Course, Yoga

*Mara creates programs based on the needs of the individual or group. She has worked with children as young as three and with seniors well over ninety. She trains teachers and consults with fitness and health organizations on the design
and programming of mind-body fitness activities.
